Summary:The quantitative evaluation of some hеаt ballance elements of the soil-plant system is determined by express and continuous measurements in the field. An approach for organizing and carrying out of instrumental express and continuous electronic measurements in the field has been presented in this study. The described approach expands the possibilities for objective evaluation of the current soil and sowing condition. An algorithm for carrying out of such measurements has been suggested, which allows to make evaluation and monitoring of the main thermal characteristics of the soil-plant system.
