Summary:In broiler production, the deviations in the microclimate conditions cause negative effects and economic losses expressed as reduced body weight, feed conversions, increased death rate and other negative consequences. Hazard analysis and parameter monitoring in critical control points in combination with prediction of the relevant parameters and on-time index correction is an appropriate measure of the modified НАССР model for increasing the effectiveness of the primary poultry production. The analysis of the expenses–productivity–effectivness, is a better approach compared to the direct analysis of expenses–effectiveness. Frequently, the extra investment in housing condition development could result in increased productivity and low level of production costs for a unit-product as well as increased competitiveness. The program “Microclimate conditions and expenses” is important in terms of the effectiveness and competitiveness of poultry farm producing, and it should be part of the management policy of the small farms as well as of the poultry farms with fully automated processing.
