Utilization of pesticides on maize and winter wheat crops

It appears from inquest at producers of corn and winter wheat, grown in 1991 and 1998 for corn and in the seasons 1992-1993 and 1997-1998 for winter wheat that the amounts of active substances of plant protection products used have been reduced in a significant way during these periods.
