The Teacher's Role in Helping Children Learn To Solve Conflicts with Peers
A pre-K through grade five elementary school implemented a model of conflict-resolution training. The program resulted in children learning to resolve their own conflicts and to assist other children in doing so; teachers had more instructional time because they spent less time intervening. (HTH)
