Vocational Guidance for All; Is Differentiated Staffing the Answer?

In an attempt to provide vocational guidance services to all students, a differentiated staffing pattern is recommended. This program would use the services of four categories of personnel: (1) paraprofessional, (2) guidance teacher, (3) school counselor, and (4) specialist/coordinator. (SB)
