Summary:The purpose of this study was to determine students' attitudes toward mathematics as a result of two instructional approaches in high school geometry. Seventy-five tenth and eleventh graders used a computerized-managed program; the control group included 75 students in a traditionally taught geometry course. Ideas and Preferences Inventory, Form 121B was used to measure students' attitudes. Findings showed that there were no significant differences in attitudes between students in the computer-assisted course and those in the traditional course. (Author/DT)
