Summary: | Weak impact pulses are transmitted via an eccentric shaft (7) to the working tools which are rotatable upon it. A separate drive is provided for the rotating working tools equipped with diamonds. The working tools are auto-rotatable on the eccentric shaft and the process operates without using cooling medium. Balancing of the system is carried out by adjusting a number of counterweights (8). The eccentric shaft rotates at high speed and the sleeve with the working tools rotates at low speed. |
