Summary: | The present disclosure relates to a system and method for enhancing the quality of service of the internet of medical things. The Internet of Medical Things, or IoMT, offers many benefits for healthcare, including telemedicine, facility and clinic repositories, and remote patient monitoring. The two tricky knots in IoMT are data encryption and QoS. As a result of this research, a major and scalable access control approach is suggested. In this study, encryption in IoMT medical devices is accomplished using a DS-TEA. The encrypted data is transmitted over the network using the Energy Efficient Routing Protocol (EERP). The findings demonstrate that, in comparison to competing approaches, our suggested solution significantly improves QoS and network performance in terms of lifetime, communication overhead, storage footprint, and power consumption. |
