Summary:A System (100) and method (200) for synthesizing glass and analyzing effect of metal oxide on glass, comprises of: a chamber (102) for collecting a plurality of high-purity raw chemicals such as a chamber (102) for collecting a plurality of high-purity raw chemicals such as 0.4-3.3 gm of calcium carbonate (CaCO3), 1.7-5.4 gm of barium carbonate (BaCO3), 5.0-6.1gm of Tellurium dioxide (TeO2)and 4.5-5.5 gm of phosphorous pentoxide (P2O5); an agate mortar (104) for cautiously assorting the collected raw chemicals to acquire a homogeneous powder; a furnace (106) for heating the homogeneous powder in atmospheric air condition ranging from 900oC to 980oC for about 20-40 minutes to melt the homogeneous powder; a melt-quencher (108) for quenching the melted powder rapidly at room temperature to obtain glassy flakes, wherein the glassy flakes are annealed; and a grinding device (110) for grinding the flakes to fine pure powder.
