Summary: | The present invention provides a method for filtering nonhomologous fragments in a sequence matrix of orthologous nuclear protein-coding genes based on two segmental-filtering methods and belongs to the field of plant molecular biotechnology. A process-oriented filtering method (HMMcleaner plus MACSE) is performed on hundreds and thousands of sequence matrixes of orthologous nuclear protein-coding genes obtained by using Target enrichment or Alignment based extraction, so a nonhomologous alignment problem caused by residual intron sequence fragments therein can be solved. The method is different from ordinary software used in the field of plant molecular biotechnology. Through combining of two pieces of fragmental-filtering method software, residual intron fragments arised from the process of acquiring the sequence matrix of orthologous nuclear protein-coding genes can be effectively filtered. |
