A negative pressure suction device for surgery, comprising a bottom support portion (1), a liquid collecting device (2), and a negative pressure generating device (3); the liquid collecting device (2) is detachably installed at an upper portion of the bottom support portion (1), and the liquid collecting device (2) is provided in communication with the negative pressure generating device (3). The device may effectively prevent a liquid collecting bottle (9) from falling down and prevent liquid inside of the liquid collecting bottle (9) from flowing out, may effectively prevent the liquid inside of the liquid collecting bottle (9) from contaminating an operating room, thereby preventing the spread of iatrogenic viruses, and may effectively prevent a vacuum pump (44) from being damaged due to a liquid entering same, thereby ensuring the service life of the device; negative pressure is used to attract waste fluid generated during heart surgery on a patient so as to provide medical personnel with a clear operating field environment, thereby ensuring surgery is performed smoothly; moreover, the device may prevent diseased tissue of a patient from being scratched, which may effectively reduce the trauma caused by heart surgery on a patient; meanwhile, the device may prevent the noise from the vacuum pump (44) being too loud during operation, which may affect medical personnel performing surgery.
