The invention discloses a low-power-consumption hydraulic control valve. The low-power-consumption hydraulic control valve comprises a valve main body, wherein threads are fixedly connected to the outer side of the interior of the valve main body, rotating bases are connected to the two ends of the valve main body through the threads, and a plurality of fixing bases are fixedly connected to the positions, located on the outer sides of the rotating bases, of the two ends of the valve main body; a plurality of connecting rods are slidably connected into the rotating bases, one ends of the connecting rods penetrate through the fixing bases, one ends of the connecting rods are rotationally connected with clamping claws, springs are arranged between the upper ends of the clamping claws and thefixing bases, and the two ends of the springs are fixedly connected with the fixing bases and the clamping claws respectively; and the two ends of the valve main body are fixedly connected with connecting flanges. The clamping jaws are designed, the rotating bases are rotated to enable the clamping claws to move towards the middle to fix the two connecting flanges together, so that a user can conveniently connect the valve with a pipeline; and a discharge port is designed, and impurities at the front end of a filter plate are pushed out of the valve by a pushing plate when water flow passes through so that the valve can be used for a long time and cannot be blocked, and manual cleaning is not needed.
