Summary: | The invention relates to a system that is essentially comprised of a hierarchic configuration of independently operated electrolysis units (5) the power levels of which descend in such a way that, for any unit in the system, the sum of the power of the smaller electrolysis units (5) is always greater than or equal to the "deadband" (DB) of said unit, enabling the deadband of said hydrogen production system (4) to be reduced to negligible levels, avoiding the loss or discharge of energy produced in said renewable energy plants, preferably one or more wind parks (2) consisting of a series of wind turbines (1) connected to the electric grid (3) as a result of the implementation of a primary regulation service thereof, or in general, of any other active power regulation service, thus optimizing the total energy obtained. |
