Summary:An incoming notifying device and an outer covering which give us an amusing feeling on receiving a signal, wherein an incoming notifying means (1) has an outer covering (2) which is a stuffed toy rat and is provided therein with a bottom-opened housing block (8), the bottom of the housing block (8) is openably closed by a lid (3a) extending from an outer skin (3), and the housing block (8) houses therein an incoming notifying unit (9) which receives a response signal generated in response to an incoming to a portable terminal (phone) and is vibration-operated. Dispositif de notification d'appel entrant et enveloppe externe qui donne une impression amusante lors de la réception d'un signal, ledit dispositif (1) ayant une enveloppe externe (2) qui est un rat en peluche et qui possède un boîtier (8) à ouverture par le fond. Le fond du boîtier (8) est fermé par un couvercle (3a) qui s'étend à partir d'une peau externe (3), et le boîtier (8) abrite une unité (9) de notification d'appel entrant qui reçoit un signal de réponse produit en réponse à un appel entrant sur un terminal portable (téléphone) et qui est actionnée par vibrations.
