Summary:Glutathione derivatives represented by general formula (I) which have a remarkably improved effect of accelerating hematopoiesis in vivo, salts of these derivatives, and colloidal compositions whereby the effect of these glutathione derivatives can be effectively and safely expressed in vivo: wherein A represents H or C1-20 acyl; R1 represents C1-26 alkyl or C3-26 alkenyl; and R2 represents H, C1-26 alkyl or C3-26 alkenyl, provided that the case where R1 is C1-10 alkyl or C3-10 alkenyl and R2 is H, C1-10 alkyl or C3-10 alkenyl is excluded. L'invention porte sur des dérivés du glutathione de formule générale (I) ayant des effets remarquablement améliorés sur l'accélération de l'hématopoïèse in vivo, sur leurs sels, et sur des compositions colloïdales permettant d'exprimer efficacement et sûrement les effets de ces dérivés in vivo. Dans la formule (I), A représente H ou C1-20 acyle; R1 représente C1-26 alkyle ou C3-26 alcényle; R2 représente H, C1-26 alkyle ou C3-26 alcényle, à condition d'exclure le cas où R1 représente C1-10 alkyle ou C3-10 alcényle et où R2 représente H ou C1-10 alkyle ou C3-10 alcényle.
