L'invention concerne un ensemble (10) de traitement de la surface d'une partie du corps retenue dans un plâtre (12), l'ensemble comprenant un corps allongé (20) sensiblement flexible comportant une première et une deuxième extrémité (21, 22). Une tête est disposée sur l'une des extrémités, cette tête étant dotée d'une surface abrasive (35) et d'un manchon (40) pouvant entrer sensiblement en prise avec la tête de manière à l'envelopper, ce manchon étant destiné à contenir un médicament à appliquer sur la surface de la partie retenue dans un plâtre.
