The present invention relates to an absorbent article, such as a sanitary towel, an incontinence protector, a diaper, a seat protector or a bed protector, comprising an absorption body (205; 305; 405) enclosed between a liquid-permeable cover layer (210; 310; 410) and a liquid-tight cover layer (202; 302; 402), which liquid-tight cover layer (202; 302; 402) comprises a carrier layer (2) having a first surface (4) and a second surface (5), the first surface (4) being intended to function as a securing arrangement (1) for securing on a textile surface or textile-like surface. The securing arrangement (1) is characterized primarily by the fact that a multiplicity of individual fibres (3), which are free from one another and each have two fibre ends, are secured via one fibre end to the first surface (4) of the carrier layer (2), and moreover by the fact that the first surface (4), in order to serve as a securing surface against a textile material surface or textile-like material surface, is at least partially coated with an adhesive. In addition, the invention also includes a diaper with a securing arrangement according to the invention for fastening the article in a shape similar to pants. L'invention concerne un article absorbant, tel qu'une serviette hygiénique, une protection d'incontinence, une couche, une protection de siège ou de lit, comprenant un corps d'absorption (205; 305; 405) enfermé entre une couche de revêtement perméable au liquide (210; 310; 410) et une couche de revêtement étanche au liquide (202; 302; 402). Cette couche étanche au liquide (202; 302; 402) comprend une couche support (2) ayant une première surface (4) et une seconde surface (5), la première surface (4) étant destinée à fonctionner comme un système de fixation (1) destiné à la fixation sur une surface textile ou une surface d'une matière similaire au textile. Le système de fixation (1) est caractérisé avant tout en ce qu'une multitude de fibres individuels (3), libres les uns par rapport aux autres et ayant chacun deux extrémités, sont fixés par une extrémité à la première surface (4) de la couche support (2) et aussi en ce que la première surface (4) est recouverte au moins partiellement de colle pour servir de surface de fixation contre une surface textile ou une surface d'une matière similaire au textile. L'invention concerne également une couche dotée d'un système de fixation selon l'invention, ce qui permet de fixer l'article à la manière d'un pantalon.
