An entry deterent latching system is provided above the disk shaped wall (72) to hold the wall (72) in place and seal the container. A plurality of steps are required to unlatch the brush (18) prior to use. L'invention concerne un système (10) combinant une brosse de nettoyage pour W-C avec un récipient d'entreposage. La brosse (18) comprend une paroi (72) en forme de disque qui repose sur un rebord (26) interne de fermeture du récipient. Un système de verrouillage servant à prévenir l'ouverture est disposé au dessus de la paroi (72) en forme de disque et permet de maintenir la paroi (72) en place et de réaliser une fermeture étanche du récipient. Plusieurs opérations sont nécessaires pour libérer la brosse (18) avant de l'utiliser.
