Cette invention concerne une composition médicamenteuse qui possède d'excellentes propriétés de libération de médicament et une excellente capacité d'absorption par voie orale. Cette composition se caractérise en ce qu'elle comprend un médicament modérément soluble dans l'eau ainsi que deux tensioactifs ou plus. L'un au moins de ces derniers joue le rôle de solvant dans lequel le médicament et le ou les autres tensioactifs ont été dissous.
