La présente invention concerne des conjugués d'acides 3-carboxy-4,4'-dihydroxyphosphorylbuténoïques avec des agents alcoylants. De tels dérivés sont dotés d'une activité antitumorale prononcée, notamment contre le myélome multiple. La présente invention concerne également un procédé de préparation de ces conjugués, de même que des compositions pharmaceutiques les contenant.
