Summary:A patch containing isosorbide dinitrate comprising a flexible substrate having thereon a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer of a pressure-sensitive adhesive composition, wherein the pressure-sensitive adhesive composition comprises an acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive (A), a polyvinyl acetate-based pressure-sensitive adhesive (B), a plasticizing component (C), and isosorbide dinitrate (D) and the proportions (by weight) of the components satisfy the following requirements 1) to 3): 1) A : B = 70 : 30 to 10 : 90; 2) the content of the component (C) in the pressure-sensitive adhesive composition is 10 to 40 % by weight; and 3) the content of the component (D) in the pressure-sensitive adhesive composition is 20 to 35 % by weight. The patch is excellent in percutaneous absorption, handleability, prevention of skin irritation, persistent release, tackiness and other properties. L'invention porte sur un timbre transdermique contenant du dinitrate d'isosorbide et fait d'un substrat souple revêtu d'une couche d'un ensemble adhésif autocollant se composant d'un adhésif autocollant acrylique (A), d'un adhésif autocollant polyvinylique (B), d'un plastifiant (C), et de dinitrate d'isosorbide, et dont les proportions pondérales satisfont aux exigences 1 à 3 suivantes: 1) A : B = 70 30 à 10 : 90; 2) le composant C représente de 10 à 40 % en poids; 3) le composant (D) représente de 20 à 35 % en poids. Ce timbre est excellent en matière d'absorption percutanée, de maniabilité, de prévention des irritations de la peau, de persistance de la libération, de collant, et d'autres propriétés.
