L'invention concerne un procédé d'amélioration de l'efficacité du nettoyage de puits dans une formation souterraine. On obtient un traitement plus efficace en traitant d'abord le puits avec un fluide de nettoyage dégradant par une action enzymatique des améliorants de viscosité polymères, puis en retirant les solides contenus dans les fluides de forage.
