The compounds exhibit an excellent antagonism against cys-LT receptors and are useful as antiallergic agents or the like. L'invention a trait à des dérivés de chalcone de la formule générale (1) ou à leurs sels ainsi qu'à des médicaments les contenant en tant qu'ingrédient actif. Dans cette formule, A représente un phényle, une quinolyle ou analogue, W représente un vinylène ou analogue et R , R , R , R et R représentent, chacun, un carboxyle, un cyano, un alkyloxycarbonyle ou analogue. Ces composés, qui s'avèrent être d'excellents antagonistes de récepteurs cys-LT, sont des plus efficaces en tant qu'agents anallergisants ou analogue.
