Des analogues nucléotidiques cycliques et acycliques de 2-aminopurine phosphonate utilisés dans le traitement des infections à herpèsvirus sont produits sous une forme énantiomériquement pure. L'invention se rapporte également à des compositions pharmaceutiques et à des procédés de traitement des infections à herpèsvirus ainsi qu'à une synthèse chirale permettant la préparation desdits nouveaux composés sous une forme énantiomériquement pure.
