Die Erfindung betrifft einen Schwingkopf für Massagegeräte, der insbesondere in Therapiegeräten zur Anwendung der Methode der Rhythmischen Neuromuskulären Stimulation (RNS) eingesetzt wird. Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, einen Schwingkopf derart zu gestalten, dass der Therapeut während der Muskelbehandlung auch ohne Frequenzvariation dessen Amplitude individuell an die augenblickliche Resonatorgüte des Muskels sofort anpassen kann. Erfindungsgemäss wurde die Aufgabe dadurch gelöst, dass die Kontur des Schwingkopfes aus der Geometrie der "Fibonacci-Spirale" gebildet ist und seine Schwingachse (3) im Mittelpunkt der Spirale angeordnet ist. Die Längsachse (1) des Schwingkopfes verläuft durch den Mittelpunkt "Fibonacci-Spirale", wobei die geschlossene Spirallinie (2) zwischen den beiden Schnittpunkten A und B und die um die Längsachse (1) gespiegelte Spirallinie die Kontur des Schwingkopfes bilden.
