An oil-in-alcohol emulsion composition wherein an oil phase is uniformly and stably dispersed in a continuous phase mainly comprising a lower alcohol. This composition comprises (a) an oil, (b) a lower alcohol, (c) water and (d) an emulsifying agent comprising one or more polyether-modified silicones represented by the following general formula (1): [wherein A is a polyoxyalkylene group of the general formula: -C3H6O(C2H4O)a(C3H6O)bR' (wherein R' is hydrogen or a group selected from the group consisting of acyl groups and C1-C4 alkyl groups; a is an integer of 5 to 50; and b is an integer of 5 to 50); R is methyl or phenyl; m is an integer of 50 to 1,000; and n is an integer of 1 to 40]. La présente invention concerne une composition d'émulsion d'huile dans l'alcool, dans laquelle une phase huileuse est dispersée de manière uniforme et stable dans une phase continue comprenant principalement un alcool inférieur. Cette composition comprend (a) une huile, (b) un alcool inférieur, (c) de l'eau et (d) un émulsifiant comportant une ou plusieurs silicones modifiées par un polyéther et représentées par la formule générale (1). Dans cette formule, A est un groupement polyoxyalkylène ayant pour formule générale: -C3H6O(C2H4O) a(C3H6O) bR', R' étant hydrogène ou un groupement choisi parmi les groupements acyle et les groupements alkyle C1-C4; a et b sont des nombres entiers de 5 à 50; R est méthyle ou phényle, m est un nombre entier de 50 à 1 000, et n est un nombre entier de 1 à 40.
