An elastic wrap having a wrap starting end, a free end, and a wrap body therebetween. The wrap body has at least a portion which is stretchable along a longitudinal axis and a continuous surface along the longitudinal axis which serves as a loop portion of a hook and loop fastening system. The non-targeted reclosable fastener also has a hook portion permanently connected to the free end of the elastic wrap on a side opposite the loop portion. The hook portion engages the loop portion when the wrap is applied around a human body part such that the hook portion overlaps the loop portion anywhere along the longitudinal axis. The continuous surface which serves as the loop portion is either a nonwoven material that has an outer surface which is puckered to form rugosities and thereby generate a plurality of loops, or it is a knitted material that has an outer surface which is brushed to increase nap and thereby expose a plurality of loops. Cette invention concerne un bandage élastique ayant une extrémité de début du bandage et une extrémité libre séparées par un corps de bandage. Le corps de bandage possède au moins une partie extensible suivant un axe longitudinal et une surface continue suivant cet axe longitudinal, ladite surface jouant le rôle de la partie à boucles d'un système de fermeture à boucles et crochets. L'attache repositionnable sans zone cible possède également une partie à crochets reliée en permanence à l'extrémité libre du bandage élastique sur une face opposée à la partie à boucles. La partie à crochets entre en contact avec la partie à boucles lorsque l'on applique le bandage autour d'une partie du corps d'un sujet de manière à ce que la partie à crochets recouvre la partie à boucles en tout point de l'axe longitudinal. La surface continue qui joue le rôle de partie à boucles est constituée soit d'une matière non tissée qui présente une surface externe qui est froncée pour former des rugosités et forme ainsi une pluralité de boucles, ou soit d'une matière maillée qui présente une surface externe qui est brossée pour accroître l'aspect duveteux et exposer ainsi une pluralité de boucles.
