Summary:Very large aircraft landing gear (10) using single mounted eight wheel bogie on dual shock struts (1, 2). A primary or main two-stage shock absorber (1) and a semi-articulating secondary or auxiliary single-stage shock absorber (2), each of which are mounted using the second (3) and third axles (4) as pivot joints in a four axle, eight wheel truck beam. Cette invention concerne un train d'atterrissage (10) pour très gros avions se composant d'un bogie à huit roues monté indépendamment sur doubles amortisseurs (1, 2). Ce système comporte un amortisseur primaire ou principal (1) à deux étages et un amortisseur semi-articulé secondaire ou auxiliaire (2) à un étage. On monte chacun desdits amortisseurs en utilisant respectivement les deuxième (3) et troisième (4) des quatre fusées du basculeur du bogie à huit roues, comme articulations rotoïdes.
