The invention relates to an antidote composition containing an N-phenylphthalimide derivative of formula (I), wherein R1, R2 and R3, which are the same or different, stand for hydrogen, halogen, C1-4alkyl or methoxycarbonyl group; and R4 and R5 together form an 1,2-phenylene, 1-cyclohexen-1,2-ylene or 4-cyclohexen-1,2-ylene group and, at least one herbicide from the class of chloro acetanilide, urea, uracil, thiolcarbamate, triazine sulfonylurea. N-phenyl phthalimide, pyridazinone and imidazolin derivates. Composition phytoprotectrice renfermant un dérivé de N-phénylphtalimide répondant à la formule (I), dans laquelle R1, R2 et R3, identiques ou différents, représentent hydrogène, halogène, alkyle C1-4 ou un groupe méthoxycarbonyle; et R4 et R5 forment ensemble un groupe 1,2-phénylène, 1-cyclohexén-1,2-ylène ou 4-cyclohexén-1,2-ylène, ainsi qu'au moins un herbicide de la classe des dérivés de chloro-acétanilide, d'urée, d'uracile, de thiolcarbamate, de triazine-sulfonylurée, de N-phényl-phtalimide, de pyridazinone et d'imidazoline.
