L'invention concerne une formulation comprenant un mélange pharmaceutiquement acceptable d'une protéine ostéogénique et d'une éponge obtenue à partir d'une matrice polymère particulaire poreuse. Pour préparer l'éponge, on traite la matrice polymère particulaire poreuse avec une substance de fusion appropriée telle que l'éthanol et un tensioactif tel qu'un polysorbate.
