La présente invention concerne un anneau boucle (20), dont la partie centrale (30) absorbe les charges, et muni d'une charnière et d'un couvercle solidaire (170). La partie centrale est revêtue d'une résine synthétique, la même dont sont composés le couvercle solidaire et la charnière. Le couvercle se ferme par un système de pattes formées en une seule pièce par le matériau de revêtement.
