The powdered rinse conditioner comprises: a) a water insoluble cationic active having formula (I), in which R is a C1-C4 alkyl group, R and R are the same or different C12-C22 alkyl or alkenyl groups, X<-> is softener-compatible anion and T is (A) or (B) or (C); b) a wetting aid.
