The powdered rinse conditioner comprises: a) a water insoluble cationic active having formula (I), in which R is a C1-C4 alkyl group, R and R are the same or different C12-C22 alkyl or alkenyl groups, X<-> is softener-compatible anion and T is (A) or (B) or (C); b) a wetting aid. L'invention concerne un conditionneur de rinçage sous forme de poudre ayant une bonne stabilité hydrolytique et se dispersant bien dans l'eau. Ce conditionneur comprend : a) un composant actif cationique insoluble dans l'eau ayant la formule (I), dans laquelle R représente un groupe alcoyle C1-4, R et R représentent des groupes alcoyle ou alcoylène C12-22 semblables ou différents, X<-> représente un anion compatible avec un assouplissant et T représente (A) ou (B) ou (C); b) un auxiliaire de mouillage.
