The sheet (4) enables uniform impregnation with a sample solution and the gelling agent absorbs water to form a gel serving as a medium for culturing microorganisms. L'invention concerne un stratifié de mise en culture de micro-organismes composé d'une plaque plane (2) étanche à l'eau, d'un mélange (3) d'un agent gélifiant soluble dans l'eau froide présentant un milieu à micro-organismes, et d'une feuille (4) fibreuse hydroabsorbante superposés dans cet ordre. La feuille (4) permet une imprégnation uniforme d'une solution d'échantillon, et l'agent gélifiant absorbe l'eau pour former un gel servant de milieu de culture de mirco-organismes.
