The present invention relates to compounds having general formula (1), wherein: X represents one or more substituents independently selected from hydrogen, lower alkyl, aryl, aryloxy, CN, lower alkoxy, halogen, hydroxy, nitro, trifluoromethyl, alkylsulphonamido, NHCOR where R is lower alkyl or aryl, NR1R2 where R1 and R2 are independently hydrogen or lower alkyl or together form a ring, CO2R where R is lower alkyl, or cycloalkyl, cycloalkenyl or bicycloalkyl either optionally further substituted by lower alkyl; Y is CO or CR3R4 where R3 and R4 are independently hydrogen, lower alkyl, lower alkoxy or together form a cyclic acetal; Z is N or CH; stereo and optical isomers and racemates thereof where such isomers exist, as well as pharmaceutically acceptable acid addition salts thereof and solvates thereof; having therapeutic activity, intermediates for their preparation, processes for their preparation, pharmaceutical formulations containing said compounds and medicinal use of said compounds and similar known compounds. L'invention porte sur des composés de la formule générale suivante (1), dans laquelle: X représente un ou plusieurs substituants choisis indépendamment parmi hydrogène, alkyle inférieur, aryle, aryloxy, CN, alcoxy inférieur, halogène, hydroxy, nitro, trifluorométhyle, alkylsulphonamido, NHCOR, dans lequel R est un alkyle inférieur ou un aryle inférieur; NR1R2, dans lequel R1 et R2 sont indépendamment de l'hydrogène ou un alkyle inférieur ou constituent ensemble une liaison; CO2R, dans lequel R est un alkyle inférieur; ou cycloalkyle, cycloalkényle ou alternativement bicycloalkyle, facultativement à nouveau substitué par un alkyle inférieur; Y est CO ou CR3R4, dans lequel R3 et R4 sont indépendamment hydrogène, alkyle inférieur, alcoxy inférieur ou constituent ensemble un acétal cyclique; Z est N ou CH; stéréo-isomères et isomères optiques, et racémates issus de ceux-ci lorsque de tels isomères existent, et sels et solvates d'addition acide issus de ces derniers et d'intérêt pharmaceutique et ayant une activité thérapeutique. L'invention concerne aussi des intermédiaires nécesssaires à leur préparation, des procédés pour leur préparation, des compositions pharmaceutiques renfermant lesdits composés et l'utilisation médicale desdits composés et des composés analogues connus.
