Summary: | A joint by electric welding includes a main body, in the proximity of the joining surface of which a magnetic alloy material continuing in its axial direction is embedded. In the part to form a cold zone on the outer surface of the main body, a shielding member is provided. The joining surface of the main body is brought into contact with the one of the member to be joined. In this status, when a high frequency current is applied to the magnetic alloy material by electromagnetic induction, the magnetic alloy material generates heat, and the main body is joined by fusing to the member to be joined. Since the shielding member shields the magnetic alloy material from electromagnetic waves, the material doesn't generate heat, and the cold zone is formed in the part thereof.
L'invention se rapporte à un joint obtenu par soudage électrique, qui comporte un corps principal et, dans le prolongement de sa direction axiale, un matériau en alliage magnétique incorporé dans le corps principal à proximité de sa surface de jointure. Dans la partie destinée à former une zone froide sur la surface extérieure du corps principal, on prévoit un élément barrière. La surface de jointure du corps principal est alors mise en contact avec l'élément à joindre. Dans ces conditions, lorsqu'on applique un courant haute fréquence au matériau en alliage magnétique par induction électromagnétique, le matériau en alliage magnétique génère de la chaleur et le corps principal s'assemble par fusion avec l'élément à joindre. Etant donné que l'élément barrière protège le matériau en alliage magnétique contre les ondes électromagnétiques, ce matériau ne génère pas de chaleur et la zone froide est alors formée dans cette partie. |
