Summary:An abrasive tool for various grinding processes comprises abrasive grains bound by a ceramic binder with a filler consisting of spherical particles of electrocorundum having a size of 20-200 microns. The mixture of the spherical particles of the filler may include the particles having a size of two or three intervals. The abrasive tool may be used for grinding refractory nickel alloys and other materials. Un outil abrasif destiné à divers procédés de meulage comprend des grains abrasifs liés par un liant céramique à une matière de remplissage composée de particules sphériques d'électrocorindon, ayant une taille comprise entre 20 et 200 microns. Le mélange des particules sphériques de la matière de remplissage peut comprendre les particules ayant une taille de 2 ou 3 intervalles. On peut utiliser ledit outil abrasif pour meuler des alliages au nickel réfractaires ainsi que d'autres matériaux.
