A medical guiding micro-tube consisting of a tube (1) of a synthetic resin; a balloon (4) joined to the front end of the tube (1) and having an outer diameter substantially equal to that thereof, and a small fluid leak bore (14) as necessary; and a spherical member (15) provided in the balloon and connected to the front end of the tube by a thread (16) of a limited length. This micro-tube is capable of guiding liquid medicine safely to peripheral blood vessels. If this micro-tube is used as a leak balloon catheter, the leaking of liquid medicine can be timed accurately, and the timing of the leakage of liquid medicine can be regulated with a high producibility. Micro-tube médical de guidage comprenant un tube (1) en résine synthétique; un ballon (4) relié à l'extrémité avant du tube (1) et possédant un diamètre externe sensiblement égal à celui du tube et un petit passage (14) permettant la fuite d'un fluide; un organe sphérique (15) dans le ballon et relié à l'extrémité avant du tube par un fil (16) de longueur limitée. Ce micro-tube permet de guider sans risques un médicament liquide jusqu'aux vaisseaux sanguins périphériques. Lorsque ce micro-tube est utilisé comme cathéter à ballon à fuite, la fuite du médicament liquide peut être minutée avec précision, et le minutage de la fuite de médicament liquide peut être réglé avec une bonne reproductibilité.
