Summary: | A marker for diagnosing tuberculosis infection and the use thereof. The marker is one or more of CXCL9, CXCL10 and CCL8. When the expression level of one or more of CXCL9, CXCL10 and CCL8 is higher than a critical value of the expression level of a factor, a subject can be diagnosed as a Mycobaterium tuberculosis-infected subject, and when the expression level of one or more of CXCL9, CXCL10 and CCL8 is lower than or equal to the critical value of the expression level of the factor, the subject can be diagnosed as a non-Mycobacterium tuberculosis-infected subject.
