L'invention concerne des composés d'activation TRPM8 de monoterpène modifiés. En particulier, l'invention concerne des composés qui affectent la fonction des canaux ioniques dans une cellule et qui sont utiles en tant qu'agents thérapeutiques ou avec des agents thérapeutiques.
