Disclosed is a sampling device for water-soluble helium, said device comprising a vacuum sampling bag, water pipes being mounted at an upper end and a lower end of the vacuum sampling bag, respectively, and both water pipes being in communication with the vacuum sampling bag; valves, two valves being provided, and the two valves being provided on the two water pipes, respectively; a flow velocity detection mechanism, the flow velocity detection mechanism being mounted on the vacuum sampling bag; and a temperature display mechanism, the temperature display mechanism being provided on the vacuum sampling bag. The present invention uses a vacuum sampling bag to extract water, which is convenient and safe to carry and easy to transport.
