The invention relates to a fan rotor comprising an actuator with an actuating cylinder and a locking device capable of immobilising a movable portion of the actuating cylinder. This locking device comprises a notched surface (162), a blocking member (164) having an unlocked configuration spaced apart from the surface (162) and a locked configuration engaged with the surface (162), a movable member (200) that is movable between a retracted position in which it leaves the blocking member (164) free to be in its unlocked configuration and a deployed position in which it forces the blocking member (164) into its locked configuration, a return member (220) that urges the movable member (200) towards its deployed position and a holding device (222) for holding the movable member (200) in its retracted position.
