Summary: | The present invention relates to an insulating gas used for electrical insulation and an electrical device using same. The insulating gas according to the present invention has excellent insulating performance by having appropriate ranges of condensation temperature and breakdown voltage, and thus can be used for electrical insulation in place of sulfur hexafluoride (SF6) gas. In addition, the insulating gas according to the present invention is used in electric power equipment in which arcs are not generated, and thus does not contain any oxygen (O2), which is used by existing insulating gases to burn residual carbide, and as a result, the types of mixed gases are reduced and the mixing process can be omitted, thereby minimizing manufacturing costs. In addition, the insulating gas according to the present invention does not contain sulfur hexafluoride (SF6) gas or carbon dioxide (CO2) gas, which is a main cause of global warming, and thus is used as an eco-friendly insulating gas. Accordingly, the insulating gas according to the present invention has very high applicability to electrical devices that insulate electricity by using an insulating gas, especially electrical devices that do not generate arcs.
La présente invention concerne un gaz isolant utilisé pour l'isolation électrique et un dispositif électrique l'utilisant. Le gaz isolant selon la présente invention offre d'excellentes performances d'isolation, car il présente des plages appropriées de température de condensation et de tension de claquage, et peut ainsi être utilisé pour l'isolation électrique à la place de l'hexafluorure de soufre (SF6) gazeux. De plus, le gaz isolant selon la présente invention est utilisé dans un équipement électrique dans lequel des arcs ne sont pas générés, et ne contient donc pas d'oxygène (O2), qui est utilisé par les gaz isolants existants pour brûler le carbure résiduel et, en conséquence, les types de gaz mélangés sont réduits et le processus de mélange peut être supprimé, ce qui permet de réduire au minimum les coûts de fabrication. De plus, le gaz isolant selon la présente invention ne contient pas d'hexafluorure de soufre (SF6) gazeux ou de dioxyde de carbone (CO2) gazeux, qui constituent l'une des causes principales du réchauffement climatique, et est ainsi utilisé en tant que gaz isolant respectueux de l'environnement. Par conséquent, le gaz isolant selon la présente invention présente une très grande applicabilité dans les dispositifs électriques qui utilisent un gaz isolant à des fins d'isolation électrique, en particulier dans les dispositifs électriques qui ne génèrent pas d'arcs.
본 발명은 전기 절연에 사용되는 절연용 가스 및 이를 이용한 전기 장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 절연용 가스는, 적절한 범위의 응축온도 및 절연파괴전압을 가짐으로써, 절연 성능이 우수하여, 육불화황(SF6) 가스를 대체하여 전기 절연에 사용될 수 있다. 또한, 본 발명에 따른 절연용 가스는, 아크가 발생하지 않는 전력 기기 등에 사용되므로, 기존 절연용 가스가 잔류 탄화물의 연소를 위해 사용하는 산소(O2)를 전혀 포함하지 않으며, 이로 인하여 혼합 가스의 종류가 줄고 혼합 공정을 생략할 수 있어 제조 단가를 최소화할 수 있다. 또한, 본 발명에 따른 절연용 가스는, 육불화황(SF6) 가스를 비롯한 지구온난화의 주된 원인이 되는 이산화탄소(CO2)기체를 포함하지 않아, 친환경적인 절연용 가스로 활용되어, 절연 가스를 이용하여 전기를 절연시키는 전기 장치, 특히 아크가 발생하지 않는 전기 장치 등에 대한 적용 가능성이 매우 높다. |
