Provided is a labeled container and a method for manufacturing the same, with which it is possible for the container and a heat-shrinkable cylindrical label to be separated easily.　A labeled container (1) comprises a container (2) and a label (3) attached to the container (2). Further, the label (3) is provided with an opening portion (3B), and two perforations (M1, M2) of the label (3) are provided on an opening portion surface side on which the opening portion (3B) is provided.
