Abstract | This evaluation method includes an evaluation step in which, on the basis of image data obtained by using a photoluminescence method and obtained with respect to a plurality of organic films formed on a substrate via a mask having a plurality of openings that correspond to a plurality of film formation regions, an evaluation regarding the formation of the plurality of organic films in which a film formation pattern composed of a plurality of film formation region is carried out. In the evaluation step, the quality of formation of the plurality of organic films, in which the film formation pattern is used, is determined on the basis of information digitized on the basis of the luminance of the image data.
L'invention concerne un procédé d'évaluation qui comprend une étape d'évaluation dans laquelle, sur la base de données d'image obtenues à l'aide d'un procédé de photoluminescence et obtenues par rapport à une pluralité de films organiques formés sur un substrat par l'intermédiaire d'un masque ayant une pluralité d'ouvertures qui correspondent à une pluralité de régions de formation de film, une évaluation concernant la formation de la pluralité de films organiques dans laquelle un motif de formation de film composé d'une pluralité de régions de formation de film est réalisée.
