Summary:Disclosed are a light-emitting device, a display device comprising same, and a method for manufacturing the display device. A light-emitting device according to an embodiment may comprise a device rod including a first semiconductor layer, an active layer, and a second semiconductor layer. First and second contact electrodes respectively disposed on a first cross-section of the device rod and a second cross-section opposite to the first cross-section may be disposed. An internal insulating layer may be disposed to surround, at the inner side of the reflective layer, the first contact electrode and the device rod. An external insulating layer may be disposed to surround, at the outer side of the reflective layer, the first contact electrode and the device rod. A first inclination of the sides of the first semiconductor layer and the active layer is different from a second inclination of the side of the second semiconductor layer.
