Summary:Apparatus and methods are described including a delivery device that delivers a valve frame (120) to a native mitral valve and positions the valve frame (120) such that a center of the valve frame (120) is off center with respect to a center of an annular plane of the valve annulus, and is positioned toward a posterior side of the annular plane. Arms (124) of the valve frame (120) are deployed among the chords of the native mitral valve. The valve frame (120) is rotated, such as to cause the arms (124) to pull the leaflets of the native valve radially inwards. A frame body (121) of the valve frame (120) radially expands, such as to trap the native valve leaflets, and such that the valve frame (120) is deployed off center with respect to the center of the annular plane. Other applications are also described. L'invention concerne un appareil et des procédés comprenant un dispositif d'administration qui délivre un cadre de valve (120) à une valve mitrale native et positionne le cadre de valve (120) de telle sorte qu'un centre du cadre de valve (120) est excentré par rapport à un centre d'un plan annulaire de l'anneau de valve, et est positionné vers un côté postérieur du plan annulaire. Des bras (124) du cadre de valve (120) sont déployés parmi les cordes de la valve mitrale native. Le cadre de valve (120) est mis en rotation, de manière à amener les bras (124) à tirer les feuillets de la valve native radialement vers l'intérieur. Un corps de cadre (121) du cadre de valve (120) s'étend radialement, de manière à piéger les feuillets de valve native, et de telle sorte que le cadre de valve (120) est déployé de manière excentrée par rapport au centre du plan annulaire.
