To provide a new technique for reproducing a three-dimensional structure, a processing device (1) comprises: a specification means that identifies a non-estimation target voxel group; an estimation/completion means that calculates the voxel values of estimable voxels and complements the voxel values of non-estimable voxels among voxels included in an estimation target voxel group; and an assignment means that assigns a confidence level to each voxel included in the estimation target voxel group.
