The nonwoven matrix has an oxide particle retention rate greater than 5%, and the protective fabric demonstrates a flame retardant index greater than 3, as measured in accordance with ISO 14116:2008. La présente invention concerne un tissu de protection ayant des propriétés chem/bio-répulsives améliorées, comprenant une matrice non tissée comprenant des fibres et des particules d'oxyde métallique dispersées parmi les fibres. La matrice non tissée présente un taux de rétention de particules d'oxyde supérieur à 5%, et le tissu de protection présente un indice d'ignifugation supérieur à 3, tel que mesuré conformément à la norme ISO 14116 : 2008.
