A liquefied gas carrier according to one aspect of the present disclosure comprises: a liquefied gas tank in which liquefied gas is stored; and a wheelhouse that is positioned forward as seen from the liquefied gas tank. The wheelhouse includes a rear-surface steel wall that is positioned on the rear surface thereof, and a heat-proof material is affixed to the rear-surface steel wall.
